SOME INFO BEFORE YOU SHOP
Therapy teas are sold in loose leaf form and can be brewed with any infuser.
Tea balls, tea filters, tea presses, and tea pots with inserts will all work.
If you're new to loose tea, don't be intimidated.
Brewing is simple, it's easier on the environment, and offers greater value.
You can purchase teaball or paper filters here and every tea page offers brewing guidelines. Here's some general guidance on brewing loose tea.
For more general information about tea, see my Everyday Teas page, where I included a brief primer on tea.
